Description

Sushi has become one of the most popular and famous Japanese dishes in the world. During this tour, you'll learn how to make different kinds of sushi (nigiri, maki, and temaki) at Ichiban Sushi in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture.

Create your own sushi under the guidance of expert chef who has over 50 years of experience in this field. When the cooking is over, sit down to taste the delicacies you created.

1. Meet at Ichiban Sushi (15:50)
2. Sushi making lesson(16:00)

Create your own sushi under an expert chef.
     Nigiri : 4 types of sushi toppings（tuna, white fish, squid, shrimp）
     Maki : 2 rolls（tuna, dried gourd shavings）
     Temaki : 2 rolls（fatty tuna with green onion, imitation crab salad）

3. Tasting (around 14:30)
    Sit down to enjoy the sushi you made.
4. End of activity (15:30)

  Know before you book:

1.  You will be having a late lunch(tasting) since lunch time starts after   finishing the activity.（around 17:00）
