A new Japanese restaurant is opened in Indonesia. With the concept of authentic Japanese food that opened in Cikini Raya, Jakarta, named Kokoro. At this restaurant, not only the food that you will get, but you will also feel the 'hospitality (omotenashi)' which is the true essence of the culture of Japanese cuisine.

Hospitality (omotenashi) is one of the wonders produced by Japanese culture and have a high reputation in the world. In Japan, restaurant does not just mean eating places. Restaurants that only offer good food quality is not necessarily known as a good restaurant. Kokoro restaurant is offering the Hospitality (omotenashi) for Indonesian people.

This restaurant opens only for dinner dish with two-shift time and serves a menu of authentic food from Japan. Uniquely, the way they presenting the food using a plate made of ceramics that come directly from Imari, place of the origin of Japanese ceramics. It takes 2 hours to serve the customer because the dinner dish has 10 cuisines to be served alternately.

Each guest will be guided by a hall staff who dressed in japanese traditional clothes, Kimono. By using two languages, Indonesian and Japanese languages, these beautiful womens are faithfully serving the guests from the early entry to finish eating.

Mayasuki Kuroha, the owner of this restaurant said that he wants to serve the original Japanese cuisine for Indonesian people. And also to give hospitality (omotenashi) atmosphere at his restaurant. They import the basic ingredients from Japan, but there are also vegetables purchased in Indonesia. This restaurant is directly adopted from Japan, means really typical Japanese restaurant, and the system is all brought from Japan so the price is definitely expensive. The price for the meal in this restaurant is about 3 million Indonesian rupiahs.
