▼ Rodeo Boy Exercise Fitness Machine Uses Horseback Riding Motion to Deliver Home Fitness
- Category:Experience
A few years ago we noticed a lot of online chatter about Japanese fitness machines that recreated rodeo-style motions. People sniggered because they seemed wacky or even suggestive. But they work — and Japanese manufacturers continue to borrow the all-American idea of rodeo to produce these chairs as an effective way to stay fit at home.
In fact, Panasonic’s Joba chair, which was developed with a Japanese doctor specializing in rehabilitation, sold 120,000 units in the first six years of its release in Japan and was later released in the United States in a bigger, customized model called the Core Trainer.
The Rodeo Boy Exercise Fitness Machine by Daito Thrive is the latest example to hit the market. The horseback-riding body training device is certainly novel in appearance but it is like having your own personal steed whose sole purpose is to tone and train you.

It utilizes random motion technology to deliver an evolving sequence of rodeo-style movements that help train your lower body. There are six variations in speed as well as two courses, all in the style of riding a horse. This means the machine will provide a serious workout on your lower body, especially the stomach and back areas.
