▼ Typhoon Bebinca May Approach Southern Japan Over Weekend

Typhoon Bebinca is forecast to approach Japan's southern island of Okinawa over the weekend, the Japan Meteorological Agency said Wednesday.
A tropical cyclone around the Mariana Islands evolved into the season's 13th typhoon on Tuesday.
As of 3 p.m., it was moving northwestward at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour near the islands, packing winds of up to 126 kph with an atmospheric pressure at 990 hectopascals at its center, the agency said.
