Fancy traveling on a floating train speeding at more than 300 mph?
 
If your answer is yes, then now is your chance, reports the New Zealand Herald.
 
Japan has just successfully tested its floating train, allowing passengers on board for the first time.
 
Footage showed excited families on board the train.
 
The train traveled between the cities of Uenohara and Fuefuki, close to Tokyo.
 
They are faster than current bullet trains, which travel at more than 200 mph.
 
The trains float above the track using magnetic levitation.
 
Eight days of testing will be carried out in total.
 
Japan's reputation for high-speed trains began in the 1960s after Tokyo was awarded the Olympic Games in 1964.
